Step 2 — Design, Planning & Exact Pricing

After your consultation, our team develops the design along with a detailed proposal that reflects everything discussed — no assumptions, no vague estimates. We don’t believe in a paragraph and a price.

• An exact, itemized quote — not an estimate
• Design drawings with specifications and dimensions
• Rendered views or elevations where appropriate

Step 3 — Showroom Visit to View Materials and Finishes

Once your initial concepts are prepared, we invite you to our private design center to see your vision come to life in full detail. Relax with a glass of wine or a cold beer while we guide you through every choice:

• Hands-On Material Selection: Touch, compare, and choose your exact pavers, stone, decking, tile, and finishes under true lighting.
• Inspect Our Craftsmanship: See full-scale displays and material integrations up close to feel complete confidence in your build quality.
• Real-Time Design Tweaks: Collaborate with our on-site design team to make instant adjustments to your 3D layout, layout flow, or material combinations.
• Meet Your Build Team: Connect with the dedicated project consultants and team members who will be bringing your backyard to life.

Step 4 — Permits & HOA Approval

If your project requires permits or HOA approval, we handle it all — submissions, documentation, inspections, and approvals across the City of Houston, Katy, Spring, and The Woodlands. We manage submittals across strict local boards including the City of Houston, Benders Landing, The Woodlands Township, Bridgeland, West University Place, and Katy.

Step 5 — Construction & Project Management

Your project is overseen by a dedicated project consultant and completed by skilled craftsmen who specialize in outdoor living spaces.

• Custom decks (wood or composite)
• Concrete, stone, pavers, and other hardscapes
• Patio covers, pergolas, screened rooms, and arbors
• Pools, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and fire pits
• Electrical, lighting, and decorative finishes
• Painting/finishing touches

Step 6 — Final Walkthrough & Handover

When construction is complete, we walk the entire space with you to review workmanship, finishes, functionality, and any final questions before officially handing over your completed outdoor living space.

Step 7 — Warranty Support & Ongoing Care

Your project is backed by our workmanship warranty. We check in during the warranty period, assist with any concerns, and provide guidance on caring for your new outdoor space.
