Important Details & Disclaimers
For Commercial properties, contact us for a custom bid. Contracts are one-year commitments. Cancelation only allowed after the 12th payment or full one-time payment. Benefits end when the 12-month contract expires. Each property requires its own contract. Special circumstances may require additional charges. Customers may reschedule requested Services at anytime, subject to a Reschedule Fee $125.00 if the request is completed within two (2) weeks of the scheduled service date. Requests to change the scheduled service will have no fee if the reschedule request is completed more than two (2) weeks before the scheduled service date.
