- Rebuilt balcony deck with treated‑pine framing, open‑ceiling underside, and a custom code‑compliant railing
- Horizontal skirting for a clean, finished look
- Semi‑transparent stain applied to the deck, rails, and skirting
- Wooden walkway connecting the deck to the she‑shed
- Fully constructed she‑shed, including framing, insulation, siding, shiplap interior, and door/window installation
- Low‑voltage post lighting to illuminate the deck and walkway at night
